Wendyl Nissen is the author of The Natural Home, published in late 2018 by Allen & Unwin. A broadcaster and former women’s magazine editor, she has written seven books, mostly about living a chemical-free, old-fashioned life. She gave up her corporate life 15 years ago and now lives in the Hokianga with her husband, 10 chickens, two dogs and a three-legged cat. Wendyl was born in Auckland in 1962.
