Dr Mike Bedford is New Zealand’s most experienced Public Health qualified specialist for health and wellbeing in early childhood education settings. He has a Master of Public Health, and a PhD, both focused on health in early care and education. He established the Wellington regional ECE Public Health programme in the 90s, and has investigated about 50 ECE related outbreaks.
